# Everyday masters

Keep Company, Customer, Supplier, Item and Employee records complete before entering transactions. Registration, tax, bank, demographic and medical information must be accurate, current and visible only to authorised roles.

Use approved templates and classifications. If a required statutory field is missing or uncertain, stop and ask the process owner instead of guessing.
